Privacy Policy

Last updated: July 2026 · Applies to jpoppass.com and its waitlist and creator-network signup forms
Jpoppass is an early-stage, pre-launch service. This policy describes exactly what we collect and do today — it will be updated as the service adds features (e.g. ticketing partnerships, streaming integrations), and we'll note material changes here rather than silently expanding what we do with your data.

1. Who this policy covers

This policy applies to anyone who submits information through jpoppass.com — whether joining the fan waitlist or the creator/PR network. It does not cover third-party sites we may eventually link to (e.g. ticketing platforms), which have their own privacy policies.

2. What we collect

If you join the fan waitlist: email address; optionally, age range, country/region, an artist you want to see live, and artists you've seen live before; your notification preference (email, Line, or KakaoTalk).

If you join the creator/PR network: name, email address, @handle, your role (creator / PR & media / label representative / other), primary platform, region, genre focus, and follower count if provided.

We do not currently collect payment information, precise location, or device/browsing data beyond standard web server logs.

3. How we use it

4. Where it's stored

Data is stored with Supabase (a Postgres database provider) and the site is hosted on Vercel. Both act as data processors on our behalf under their own security and infrastructure practices; we don't operate our own servers.

5. Sharing with third parties

We do not currently share your personal data with third parties beyond the infrastructure providers above. If we enter into ticketing-affiliate or promoter partnerships that require sharing aggregated or individual data, this policy will be updated first, and where required by law we will seek consent.

6. Your rights

Wherever you're located, you can ask us to access, correct, or delete the personal data we hold about you at any time by emailing us (see Contact below). If you're in the EU/EEA, you have rights under the GDPR including data portability and the right to object to processing. If you're a California resident, you have rights under the CCPA including the right to know what's collected and to request deletion. We will respond to verified requests within a reasonable time.

7. Children's data

Our waitlist form's youngest age option is 13–17. We do not knowingly collect data from anyone under 13. If you believe a child under 13 has submitted data to us, contact us and we will delete it.

8. Cookies & tracking

Jpoppass.com does not currently use analytics or advertising cookies. Standard technical logs are kept by our hosting provider (Vercel) for security and reliability purposes.

9. Changes to this policy

We'll update the "last updated" date above whenever this changes, and flag material changes clearly rather than updating silently.
